If you believe what UK TV tells us, the only way is Essex. It is certainly a favourite Santas. The Real Santa has appeared at various private events at Hylands House in Chelmsford, at a special birthday party at Colchester Zoo, boogying at Club 195 in Loughton, and the Sugar Hut in Brentwood as a special guest.
